Erstens danke dir für schnelle antwort.

Ja auf Windows phone mann kann apps instalieren - es wird toll wenn du zeit hast um ein app zu programieren. Ich glaube das bin ich niht die einzige wer so was braucht.
Generel Windows phone kann gleiche medien lesen wie normale windows system auf PC (also .avi .wmv .mpeg ...)
