Hi,

As explained on the help videos, you need the Enigma-TV server tool running on a PC and the Enigma-TV for Kodi will connect to the PC IP ...
The ports are those you set inside the Enigma-TV on your PC.

Watch the help video for Android, Kodi is the same setup.
