Hi! so how do I get started?

Hey fellas! I'm quite new to all this IPTV, open source, KODI thing. I'm getting a hang on this in KODI but haven't found a reliable PVR Client / TV add-on yet. Are the TV channels on Enigma updated daily? If it is, then can someone point me to the right post to License and Configure on KODI please.
