Hi,
If you lose the connection, please use the 'Reconnect' button on the web page ... NOT the play button in the player.
The player holds in cash the media that is currently playing, that's why it strats again when you click on the play button in the media player.
the 'Reconnect' button will tell the tool to restart a new connection.
