Yeahhhhhhhhh !!!!!!!!
After about 10 post, but we got it

About the mosacing, hum does it do it only on your MAC or also on the PC ?
If the stream looks good on the PC them it should be fine on the MAC also ...
That has nothing to do with Bitrates, except if they are set too hight (try with max 1000 kbps video bitrate, scale = 1)
