Lost Video. Trying to reconnect

After a few teething problem i had this software working well for several months. I then reinstalled Windows on my pc, and set the software up the same as when i had it working (Ports 8085 / 85)

Now i can start the internet control, i can browse the web interface, but when i select a channel nothing happens. When i check the Enigma TV software it says at the top "Lost Video, Trying to reconnect". But it never reconnects, the reconnect count just keeps rising.

Happens for both local and internet modes

Port forwards are fine as the router was unchanged.
Any ideas?
