Hello,
I don't see in your router setup screen where to specify an IP ...
You should find a screen where you can tell your router to redirect an external IP (85 in your case) to an internal IP (95 in your case) on the IP adress of your computer !
Check if you have other setup screens, otherwise heck with the router reseller.
