application setup

Hi,
I have installed app Enigma-TV Server-2.0.0.4. I did Enigma settings in Settings base on published video manual.In TV control I see updated Providers and Channels however when I select any channel I receive message - the process Enigma TV is not responding ---later crashed ---and restarting process...

I have Vu+Sulo receiver..
Can you please help me?
