My Enigma doesn´t want to work properly

Hi,
I bought the newest version of Enigma to watch the Skylink TV also in my PC. I have a VU+ zero tuner. I settled the Enigma soft based on your guide videos but the video doesn´t appear on my PC. In the section TV Control I see all the programs I have on my TV, also the EPG works properly, but the video doesn´t work It always write a message "lost video, try to reconnect...". Please help me to solve this problem.
