Enigma Tv Crashes

Hello,
I want to look tv on my iPhone. When i do that, the enigma tv app on windows chrashes. I got a message "The process Enigma TV is not responding.
What can i do about it? I run the enigma software on windows 8.1.
Hope you can help me with it!
