Hi,
Possible it is the wifi, always try to use a cabled connection between the box and the PC.
Otherwaise, if the disconnect persists, try to slow down the video bitrate.
I usually use 250 kbps video bitrate and 64 kbps for audio.
On a small screen like a smartphone, the video quality is good enough.
