Do you understand the way this project works ?
Have you watched the help videos ?
I would first do this in your place ...
The Enigma-TV Server has to run on a PC, it always needs to be running to be available from any client device.
Then, if you want to access your Dreambox from outside, you need to setup your router to redirect web & stream ports from the Enigma-TV server from outside.
Finally, the client app (on your iPhone) will connect to the Enigma-TV server runnig on your PC, and not directly to your Dreambox.
