Hi,

This should for sure work as you explained ...
I can't explain the issue ...
Maybe try to go trough your router and redirect the public ports to internal ports.
Then use your mobile in 3G and point to the public IP & ports.
This is just to see if the router maybe doesn't manage the internal traffic properly ... I still saw this ...
