Channel on TV changes, when I change channel on enigma mobile app

Hi,
I use 2 tuners with my xtrend et9500 box and would appreciate if anyone could provide a guide for setup to avoid my tv channels changing when I use my enigma app. I have no idea what option to deselect this.
