help please setup on tablet and i phone

Hi , can anybody help me , i can watch enigma tv on my laptop but not on my i phone 4 or my samsung galaxy tab 3 , i have the app blck box on my i phone and that works , webif works ok on my tablet also , i dont think adobe works on my tablet ,thanks
