Cant play on other devices unless Zgemma is in standby.

Hi, i can only play on iphone/android etc if Zgemma box (multituner) is in standby. ive selected multituner in PC server when creating the web control. Same for both inside and outisde the network. any help would be greatly appreciated.

otherwise i get Timeout error when Zgemma is powered on.
