Freezing, IPTV on Enigma-tv and E2 plugin by Toysoft

Hello Enigma-tv team,
I am a newbie I got streaming on my windows phone 8.1 (Nokia Lumia 620)working but the picture sometimes quite freezes or even stops sometimes (my internet speed 20 Mbs), can I fix it somehow for example by setting the speed of video streaming or does some other way exist? And what is necessary for streaming IPTV? Is it "E2 plugin enigma" by Toysoft? I have found only such plugins that could not to be installed on my Dreambox 800 HD because they were harmed or incomplete. Please can you give me the link to the working plugin or upload it here?
