Hi,

Router settings are wrong.

Try the following :
In the ROUTER settings, delete the 2 rules in the middle... those with the IP's starting with 21x.xxx.xxx.xxx
In the ENIGMA-TV settings, change the Public Stream Port to 8090 and the Public Web Port to 90.

Then it should be OK.
