No video or sound

I have installed the software - I'm able to access my box & see different bouquets/channels but no picture. I get signal strength showing but no picture.

I have installed vlc & able to see streams through this.

I have also tried different video options within the settings.

I have also set up the web server/access & opened ports. This again connects & shows channels but no pictures.

I'm using windows 10

Any help would be appreciated.
