problems since pro version

Hi,
Since the pro and paid version i've problems to stream over the internet.
Before it works like a charm on iphone ipad and s3 with 3g or wifi.
Now i can login to web tv choose provider and channel, this changes the channel at receiver but not playing on my devices.
My os is windows server.
