Must be:
2,,1,Первый HD
2,,2,Первый Россия
2,,3,Первый Латвия
2,,4,Всемирный
2,,5,1TVRUS Europe
2,,6,РТР-Планета
2,,7,RENTV
Channels have russian titles.
I think the problem is in Encoding (try to use UTF-8 to generate channels.csv)
