Lost video, try to recconect .... (PROBLEM)

I've bought the licence and I am trying to make the Enigma work.
I can connect to the Dbox. When I select a channel from the list, the Dbox switches to that channel (I see that on the TV) but I cannot see any image on the Enigma software. I get message "Lost video, try to recconect .... " continuously.

Below the settings of my router and the setting on the software. Is there something wrong with my settings ?
I am using the PC on wi-fi, but I do not think this could be a problem, because wifi is very fast.
