Stream on Internet problem...

Hello!
Thanks for this program, have been looking for a progam as this so I can stream from my computer to a friend over the internet.
However, some problems to be solved.
Did the settings in the program and followed the videos on youtube, do not know if I missed something with the port settings? Is not that familiar with the topic.
Took some pictures and hope to get some help. Connecting to the LAN IP was no problem, but when I choose to open web browser with public web TV interface ip address, I get error message and it can not connect.
How do I solve the problem?
