Ok i will try to show you my settings :
--- My Server, 192.168.0.100. no AV, no firewall
--- My Router, no firewall, UPNP enabled, and forwards setup :
--- Now also below, i can access internally on computer fine on local port but no external port ?? i can also access externally using the internal port as i have forwarded that also.
I can stream perfectly fine out of the network using port 90, but i have attached what the IOS devices do :
