Hi,
The problem seems to be only within your network ...
Maybe your router do not properly manage the redirection when you use your public IP inside of your private network ...
So, try to put the LOCALs IP & ports in the setup pane and test again.
You can also try this from another computer OUTSIDE of your local network.
I can give it a try if you send me your public IP + ports + password ... -> info@enigma-tv.com
