Very strange ... I cannot reproduce this here on a PC or an iPad ... image quality is ok ...
Can you try to run Enigma-TV on another computer.
You can move your licence from computer A to computer B by changing the User Id & Licence ID in Enigma-TV and reporting the new KEY given by Enigma-TV on the web site.
Try and tell me.
