Interresting question ...
I didn't know what a Raspberry PI was before reading your post
Seems to be a Linux based computer with very small hardware.
I checked if it is possible to load a VM tool on it and it seems some guys were able to do this, then run a Win7 into VM.

If you can run a Win7 (or XP) on this device then I would say the Enigma-TV 'could' run on it.

Best way to confirm is to test
Do you have such a device ?
Are you able to test what I described ?
