Screen size on xbmc

Hi there need help regarding screen quality and size on xbmc and iOS devices . please help on xbmc picture is not coming on full screen ..only coming in middle . and screen resolution is not good . secondly on iOS devices picture quality is not clear its very fazzy . please reply
