I think you not understand what I write :D

I will try to explain.

1. My PC in my house.

Evything works !!! Local and public control work very good. I have my router in my home.

2. My PC in Coffee shop (place).

I not have my router in Coffee shop. :D I have other IP (public IP). I not access my router (192.168.1.1) because I access other router (not my) :D

If turn on enigma-tv:

I run Enigma-TV and click 'Start Internet Control'.

After this, you will go to your router and create 2 rules :
- port range 80 to 80 to the IP of your PC
- port 8080 to 8080 to the IP of your computer
All in TCP
