To answer your question : no this is not how the tool works.
Enigma-TV has to be installed on your computer and it has to stay in your network.
Then, after enabling the internet control mode, you can access the web interface to control your dreambox and also watch it.
The tool is a bridge between your dreambox and the outside, it also do video stream compression so you can watch with a poor connection.
The web interface works on most of the available phones like iphone or android ... On tablets also.

hi from me in the uk, just a quick question if i only have one laptop at home and i set up enigma tv correctly, can i still stream to it if i take it on holiday with me? sorry for the newb question
