Deinstalled the software and reinstalled just in case it was a software issue but now all I get is "The tool cannot connect to your receiver" message. The details are all correct?

Its not a common router but you can specify incoming and outgoing ports that needs to be open.

Hi, Your router settings still seems to be wrong !!! Please look at the picture I attached. Remove the entries that I crossed in red and then change the 2 rules that I modified, do exactly this. If that doesn't work then you have to check with your router reseller or manufacture. Best regards,

Hi, Ok, then it really means the router doesn't do its job ... Maybe the advise I gave you are wrong, I find that router strange to setup ... is there a way to ask your reseller on how to set it up ? You should redirect the external web & stream ports to the internal web & stream ports on your PC IP address, then it will work for sure as you are able to use it in your internal network. Cant get it to work. Locally works fine but via net I cannot connect and I have run netstat -an via cmd and ports are open.
