I reply to myself cause I didn't find a edit option. The stutttering was due to a wrong version of Flash Player. I needed one optimized for 4.0+ Android version.
They can be downloaded on adobe site (4.0 version)

Hi,
After a few days of testing I have to say that this soft works really well... so well that I wanted to setup a small android box in the living room for my mom to watch satellite. Unfortunately I noticed that with S*Y Italy HD channels Flash android stutters. I tried with my Galaxy S2, and even with my brand new OUYA Console (It is a tegra 3 box so it should be fine). They work fine in windows. BTW Isn't it strange cause after transcoding the file should be identical to another SD video? Is there a setting in VLC settings to trandform the file in a way so it doen't stutter? (I can do beta testing if needed)

Thanks.
Pino.
