hello, Using the Citrix XenDesktop virtualization software you can have Windows 7 and its applications on Raspberry Pi
I am gathering information and material on the net x to get to work ..... it will not be easy but I believe that will be impossible for me!

this is the video that shows the operation of the win 7 of raspberry

Hi,

Thanks for your purpose but I think, as others said, that this device is not powerfull enough to do this.
But let us know the results of your tests.

Best regards,

Hi,

Interresting question ...
I didn't know what a Raspberry PI was before reading your post
Seems to be a Linux based computer with very small hardware.
I checked if it is possible to load a VM tool on it and it seems some guys were able to do this, then run a Win7 into VM.
Look at this video :

If you can run a Win7 (or XP) on this device then I would say the Enigma-TV 'could' run on it.

Best way to confirm is to test
Do you have such a device ?
Are you able to test what I described ?

Best regards,

sebastien hello, I have a rasp berry and I will try to put into action what gai described, I'll keep you updated!

Raspberry mount an ARM Processor, with only 512MB of RAM and 1GHZ CPU.
It's impossible install or virtualize OS like Windows.

:(

Hi All,
I was wondering if there was a way of using a Raspberry Pi instead of a server-PC.
Just a thought.
Thanks in advance
