Hello,

This can be due to 2 reasons:
- poor internal network
- computer used as enigma-tv not strong enought

merci.quand je regarde une chaine hd elle se casse petit carré l image marche au ralenti.et quand je regarde une chaine sd sa marche normalement.merci....

Hi,

Try to set the channel change time to some more seconds.
There is an option in the settings tab.
I think the crash of the box is due to the channel change before the VLC process stopped readind the stream.
That should fix your issue.
