Hum strange, never seen that case. Maybe a stupid question, but has the IP of your box changed ? Are you able to connect to the box WebIf ? Please post a picture from the box WebIf so I can see the IP and the port used for the connection. Also post a picture from Enigma-TV settings.

first i tried to change the password for the forum but it gives me massage that it is changes but when i try to login its not working and i had to reset again....anyway, I'm using this software for almost 1 year, i bought a license for the PRO one and i install and every thing was OK, until suddenly i tried to open the software and it gives me massage "The tool cannot connect to your receiver, please verify the connection settings !"... i reinstall the software, reboot the receiver "DM500 HD" but no luck.... please help... BTW I'm computer Engineer, means "i did a lot of troubleshoot before i report for this :)"
