For sure you can use the same license. But as you changef the OS to Windows10, you may have a new 'KEY' given by Enigma-TV. So copy this Key and save it under your license on the Enigma-TV website.
Dear sirs, i've recently updated my operating system from windows 8.1 to windows 10, and i installed enigmatv, i cannot register with the same license. I would appreciate some help. Thanks.
