Strange that a bouquet doesn't work ...
Run in debug mode and paste the log here.
To access the server from your mobile, the Internet Control mode should be active ... This is normal !

On internet control in enigma tv it connect for public and local, but stream works only one try for several but only on one bouquet of 2 selected. When internet control is off i can't connect via windows phone.

In your router, both service and public port should be the same, as set in enigma-tv.

public stream port 8095 local stream port 8095

public web port 95 local web port 95
