got them working now , dont know how? but cannot stream movies and sport? shall i lower bitrate?

I am a new member and just got Licence and setup, can view my vu duo+2 on laptop but cannot stream? Get the web browser with public interface up and channels etc but wont play video? States video not found or excess denied then http loads of numbers after public ip, then_stream flv at end. Also not working on iphone, is it a port problem used 80 and 8080.

Any help please.
