Hi,

The Enigma-TV tool should run on a PC ... it will convert your PC into a multimedia web server.
Then, the plugin for the STB is to control the server from another Dreambox in another location.
You can also use the internal web media player and I will soon publish an Android app, followed by an iOS app ... maybe after summer period ...

Hi folks.

What actually is this plugin for?
I was thinking this could be a webserver to watch enigma anywhere (without the need of a PC to run Enigma TV software). But I'm afraid I'm wrong, right?

The only way to watch and control my STB remotely is by running enigmatv software 24/7 ?

Thanks for the great software.
I just bought a license and it's just works, really cool :)

Hi,

But did you get an error in Enigma-TV when installing the plugin or the status message was ok ?
also, wht toySoft explain is that you need to go to the plugin settings tab and enter Enigma-TV server data, like the server IP, password, stream settings ...

It just didnt show up after instaling with the windows app.
Even after a restart of the dreambox.
The manual install did the trick

The best would be to install it from there as Enigma-TV would create the setup file for the plugin automatically and also upload it to your client dreambox.

The Windows version of the app wouldnt let me install the plugin.
So i downloaded the .ipk file and installed manualy.
That worked fine.. but
After open the plugin on my DM500HD it says:
Chanel List Download failure, No Internet connection to streamer.
