Hello,

In the port range, specify 80-80 (80 to 80) ... not 80-100
Create the same rule for the stream port.

hi

i am having the same problems, but i can access web tv interface locally, but cant access via public web tv interface. I have been having these roblems for days. please please can someone help me. regards

Hi,

I checked your settings.
Try to use standard ports ...
Change the web ports to 80 and stream ports to 8080
Then test locally as you just did.

Ok here are screenshot of my setting and the error in my browser, yeah and by the way this error happens on local and public ip, i tried to access it from my workplace and i got the same error as i got from home.

Hi,

Post a screenshot of your Enigma-Tv settings and write the http adress you call for the local web media player.
First we need to proove it works locally and then we can focus on external access.

Any news on this error ?

I´ve looked into the channels.csv and i cant see anything wrong with it, and im getting "Video not found or access denied" when i access it locally and public so im guessing it has nothing to do with the router or the firewall or ?

Any ideas ?

Hi,

Nice you have it working ...
About your second issue, the select boxes are greyed out maybe because the channels and/or providers list and/or medias contains bad characters like double-coats, etc ...
This is a bug that will be solved in the next release.
For now, you can edit those files channels.csv and medias.csv located in c:\users\yourusername\enigmatv\.... And remove that kind of characters.
Then it will work.

Sollution:
* Had to update settings with "Multi-Tuners" for VuDuo + tuner.
* Card-server to handle original card did for a strange reason not gain access to encrypted channels. ProSieben worked, so I got a clue there. I had a DM7020 which worked at once.
* New issue - to work on - My DM800HD is greyed out on "Select A Provider" and "Select A Channel". Also, under Media Player there no recordings to play. I suppose the issue is something with the WebUpdate. Work req. needed on this one
