ok got port changed to 8080.so ports local and public are same. local stream port is pink. the web server staying red

Please change that strange port 1234 to 8080 ...

Then connect o,n your tablet with :

http://192.168.0.9:80/index_local.html

Your firewall will ask you to let the stream start on the port 8080, say OK.
