As I said, the issue can be the router not set up ... You need to have network knowledge to perform this step.
If you feel good in this and still have troubles then post a picture from the Enigma-TV settings and also another from your router NAT settings.
Then I or another member can help you.

Hello!

I have already seen help videos.

I can see the tv in local area by pc or by wifi, but I can´t see the TV by 3G.

Hello & welcome

First I would advise you to watch the help videos on this web site.
Then if you still have issues, come back here and give us in details what the problem is.
That can be due to the router, PC setup, etc ...
Also, there is nothing to install on your tablet or smartphone, Enigma-TV has to be installed on your PC and this one will then be converted into a multimedia server.
You access the 'Web Media Player' from your devices like iPhone, Android tablet ,etc ...
Please watch the help videos, that will help you for sure.

Hello everybody!

My name is Dani and I´m Spanish. My english is bad, I´m sorry :) When I will write bad, can you correct me please? I want to learn english! jeje

I paid the Enigma-TV License two days ago. I have a Dreambox 500.

I can see the TV in my PC with Enigma-TV program, but I can´t stream the image to internet, only local.

I want to see the TV in my ipad and in my android phone by 3G and WIFI, but it,s not possible for me.

My configuration is this:


Could you help me please??
