I am a beginner I have install the program, registered and received lisence data, but I have no picture yet, the TV is off and WEB SERV is off. What is wrong? thank you

This forum is for Enigma-TV support.
If you start using a Dreambox type of box, I would suggest you to first learn how this nice device works on specialized forums like DZSAT.
Then you can use Enigma-TV to control and stream your channels on your mobile devices.
