Hi,

Please deactivate your anti-virus and firewall ... Sometimes that fail the installation process.
If there is still a problem after this, then re-install the Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5

Cannot install server on windows 8.1 tablet, any ideas?

ERROR SUMMARY
