hi,ive paid licence and entered all ip details etc,got pc talking to my enigma 2 box (technomate 800hd) but cannot get stream of picture,all i can do is change channels,can you help please

i have paid licence and am running software on pc and paired with my technomate 800 hd running enigma 2..i cannot stream or use anything really only change channels..can someone please help??
