Hi,
the network is ok and PC and decoder are connected by cable, and as I wrote before, using the Enigma2 Webinterface I'm able to watch TV on PC. Of course i rebooted the decoder more and more times. Is it possible for you to arrange a Teamviewer session in order to see the problem? Please let me know.

yes we have both same decoder (IPBOX 9000HD) with same image (Enigma 2 Tideglo 1.5) and the same OS Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit.

Hi Sebastien,
Yes I tried to reboot, but nothing changed, but i noted that the system connects to the decodere but it doesn't load the Bouquet list, if I switch to Provider it load it and then if I switch again to Bouquet it load correctly, if I close the program and reopen it again, it doesn't load the list again, always this work around. Another big problem is that the program lost the video every 3/4 seconds,if I use decoder webinterface and stream the program no problem at all! I'm very unhappy, I bought it because a friend of mine bougth it and I saw how it works, and I was very happy! Please drive me to solve this problem. Thanks

After installation I was able to connect to my decoder, now it doesn't anymore, and I don't get any error message!
Any suggestion? I wonder to deinstall it and reinstall again, how could i save registration info?
