New version 2.0.0.4

Hi,

i have dm500 hd receiver, after i update to the new version 2.0.0.4, i notice that in "internet control" mode, when i select the channel from the web, the zap channel is taking more than 1 minute... please advice... i will also keep checking the rest of the functions and ill update you

Hi Sébastien,

ya you are right, its due to the health check process not closed by the tool before to close... but guess what, if i quite the application from X button at top right, it will close properly and both process(enigmaTV and healthcheck) will be killed, but if you quite the application from the menu that window will come and i notice also that only enigmaTV process will be killed and healthcheck process will remain and causing application to restart...

Hi,

yes this is the window which appear to me.. what happen simply, software is already installed, once i tried to open it, it opened with no issue and i used to stream, and when i clicked on quite application this window appear... BTW, i thought you will ask me for the log file... if you want you can remotely log in to my machine through teamviewer to resolve this issue quickly instead of one reply daily from both side...

FYI... from inside the application, everything seems to work fine.. but it happens when i quite the app

hi Sébastien,

its OK now.. iam able to connect to the receiver through EnigmaTV.. but something happened, when i quite the application it crashes and restart again, every time its doing like this, i tried to reinstall but its the same.. iam trying to attach the screenshot but i dont know how...anyway, it shows me the crashes window, you know it off course...

Can not connect to the reciver

Hi,

first i tried to change the password for the forum but it gives me massage that it is changes but when i try to login its not working and i had to reset again....anyway, I'm using this software for almost 1 year, i bought a license for the PRO one and i install and every thing was OK, until suddenly i tried to open the software and it gives me massage "The tool cannot connect to your receiver, please verify the connection settings !"... i reinstall the software, reboot the receiver "DM500 HD" but no luck.... please help... BTW I'm computer Engineer, means "i did a lot of troubleshoot before i report for this :)"

VLC Error

Hi,

i uninstalled the old version of enigma TV and purchase a license and installed the latest one (2.0), i configured it and it worked...then i closed the software and reopened back and then it shows me below error although i don't have any VLC software installed:

"The VLC version you have is not recommended to be used for this release,do you want to replace the current
version by the suggested one"

anyway, i clicked yes and its installed, after that each time i want to open the software it shows me the same error, but iam clicking "no" and it loads... how can i get rid of this error...
