When I first installed enigma last year, I was using it on the same network as the dreambox and it was working perfectly. Now i'm trying to use it from another location, i'm connected to the dreambox, the channel lists are loaded but the screen is black and both bars on the bottom side AGC and SNR are quckly filling and empting for about 2 seconds, and after that I receive the lost video, try reconnect message.

Hello Sebastien, I've managed to set up the connection, it's ok now. I have another issue, I am receiving message "lost video. trying to reconnect..." Is it possible that maybe my internet connection strength is weak? I have 25 mbps download and 1 mbps upload limit on my connection. If so, can you please tell me which is the minimum and recommended internet speed connection?

I did that and it showed me that I need to register at the website first, which I already did as shown in the picture in my previous post.

Dear sirs, i've recently updated my operating system from windows 8.1 to windows 10, and i installed enigmatv, i cannot register with the same license. I would appreciate some help. Thanks.
