I finally got it to work. The problem was the ports, 80-8080 and 85-8085 did not work either. I used some other ports and it works.

You are right 3G gets a direct ip. 3G is a dialup and you cannot forward any ports, but any application that opens a port it automatically opens the same port on the WAN ip. As I mentioned before Enigma opens the Web port fine but when its trying to open the stream port when you are selecting a channel from the web interface (even though the stream port turns blue) I get the following response "video not found or access denied". Could you please check if its something else(maybe with Enigma) or do you have any other suggestions.
When I use IOS its working ok but streaming gets disconnected very often.
By the way I have disabled all firewalls on my Windows XP but with no luck.

Why open the stream port on the router since the pc connects directly to the internet using the 3g usb stick and gets a different WAN ip than the router has?

I tried the IOS from a remote windows pc but I get the small screen that says "PLAY" but it does not play anything

I have pc which is connected to my lan, unfortunately my isp has a very low upload speed 0.1Mbps.
Therefore I have to stream with a 3g usb stick which I connected to the same pc. My 3g isp has created a vpn for me so I can open ports. Enigma Tv gets the correct ip of the 3g stick and the web port works fine (I CAN ACCESS ENIGMA REMOTELY) but when I select the channel in order to get the video it seems thar the stream port does not open and I get the following error " video not found or access denied".
Please help
