I have managed to sort it, I had to uninstall .net framework then reinstalled as well as disable my nod32 antivirus prog as that was blocking the enigma tv.exe and ended up Quarantining the file

Strange, this is usually related to .NET Framework having an issue ...
Anyway, I would have to access to your computer to solve this.
Can you send me your TeamViewer ID + password, I can then connect and do the right things.
Send this at info@enigma-tv.com

Please let your PC running with TeamViewer ... I will connect maybe tomorrow at 8.00PM France time.

Wont install .net 3.5, I try .net 4 but I get I already have a newer version installed.

Please de-install the Enigma-TV programm.
Then re-install the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5
Then re-install the Enigma-TV Programm.

ok i had this problem too. Go to control panel and unistall the program...then download it again and install it. It will work

Hi, im trying to load up the enigma app but when I do I get cannot start the application contact your software vendor? is their a problem with the app/your website or anything??
